Wazzup World
Just a quick update for everyone to keep the ball rolling here. Went out for a movie last night, and saw Coraline in 3D. It was FANTASTIC!! Is there a word I can use that’s better than fantastic? I mean the popcorn wasn’t they great, but the movie was friggin’ awesome. Totally worth the popcorn belly.
Oh happy days! My achilles tendon is starting to feel better. Walking down the stairs doesn’t make me want to scream anymore. I’ll admit though that my ice schedule has slacked off a little in the last few days, so I should probably try a little harder. I haven’t flipped out due to the steroids yet either; I’m sure that my friends and family are thankful for that. I hope to get out and play some by the weekend. Maybe an easy bike ride would be nice. I’ll keep my fingers crossed.
Got a call yesterday and come to find out my friend DR is having a baby. It’s so exciting! She will be the first from my group of friends to be having a baby, so we’re all buzzing about it. SO and I have decided to get her a present before the shower just because so I’ve been doing lots of reading the last couple days. Right now, we’re looking at some sort of jogging stroller so my eyes have almost crossed reading pages of baby stroller reviews. I’m looking at a few models of BOB jogging stroller right now, but we’ve not made a firm decision yet. Hopefully in a couple weeks we’ll get it nailed down and ordered.
Other than that, today is pretty quiet. Guess it’s better to get the frequent updates out instead of just a huge rambling post every other week. I’m really digging this whole blogging thing. Let me know how you think I’m doing.
