It Has To Get Better
I guess maybe my achilles is mending. After a couple days of not feeling it, I decided to spin easy on the trainer tonight and see how it felt. I ended up putting in 30 minutes and it felt just fine. Well, maybe I just thought my achilles was doing better. Just yesterday, I was talking to some friends aabout how much better it felt. So much better, that I thought I’d stand a chance at going for an easy ride or something this weekend. I guess the tendon heard me talking, because it started to hurt again last night.
